•Assign sales target for showroom staff amp; Achieves the assigned showroom target.
• Track and analyse sales achievements per sales man.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
• Provides reports for the achieved sales and reflects them on the monthly target with the overall evaluation for the team performance on a weekly basis.
• Learning new products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
• Share special offers amp; prices updates with showrooms team.
• Place product orders for the showroom to the direct manager.
• Schedule the staff working hours, shifts and rotation in case of any absence.
• Responsible for the showroom stock, staff, revision, levels, and stock management.
• Daily coordination’s with the direct manager regarding showroom status.
• Applies training for showrooms’ staff for all display units (selling skills, product knowledge and customer service)
• Preparing the needed reports, daily, weekly, monthly.
• Assure the showroom is in excellent shape and all employees are wearing their uniforms and in excellent looking.
• Responsible for (achieving targets, overall performance of the showroom staff to all Earthlink policies procedures and regulations).
• Manage that all cash is deposited as per the agreed schedule.
• Responsible for the staffs’ cash deposits and matches it with the original statement amp; register closing.
• Physical stock taking for all the staffs’ accounts (devices, amount and cards) and matches it with the actual inventory.
• Responsible for product display and availability of promotional material.
• Splits the whole order per sales man, per group as per the sited target.
• Share amp; applies the monthly commission criteria amp; scheme to be applied on showrooms’ staff.
• Advice needed stock allocation for showroom.
• Responsible for showroom new requirement and periodic maintenance.
• Maintains showroom cleanliness and health and safety rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries if the showrooms’ staff can't solve the customer case.
• Plans and develop improved procedures that may be used for customer service improvement.
• Maintain sales amp; KPI’s per requirements.
• Interprets and communicates work procedures and company policies to the staff.
• Review and check work of showroom staff such as reports, records and applications for accuracy and content.
• Deal directly with customers face to face in case needed.
• Monthly meetings submission.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Assists in the establishment of a customer care policies and procedures.
• Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding service and procedures.
• Interprets and communicates work procedures and company policies to the staff.
• Ensure that new employee get all the on-boarding details from user access to work procedure.
• Ensure that all systems within the showroom are running accordingly and coordinate with related department in case of any maintenance needed.
• Continuous follow up with the direct manager in order to achieve the monthly target.
• Responsible for all daily cash deposit within the showroom collected by finance representative.
• Oversees all legal document related to the showroom up to date.
• Ensure that all showroom bills paid accordingly with support of legal and finance department.
Performing other duties when requested by the direct manager.

• Build and develop a strong team through the implementation of recruitment and development initiatives.
• Coach, motivate, empower and retain staff, develop the individual as well as team capabilities.
• Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work output.
• Manage daily entry and accuracy of the information in the system, ensure automation of processes to achieve efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports as per department guidelines
• Maintain the section electronic and manual archiving.
• Guarantee high quality of internal administration, filing, and traceability of all documents to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
• Manage the utilization of staff and workflow of processes, propose initiatives for improvement.
• Handling interpersonal conflicts by mediating conflicts between employees in a way that promotes collaboration and respect.
• Evaluate teams` resources and set realistic deadlines that encourage progress
• Assess the results of the employee’s process to ensure its efficiency and to help them revise the process if it can b
