This position is responsible on developing and design reports for administration department with ability to deal with multiple types of data source and reporting tools, measure and monitor the department’s KPIs, support management by generating regularly requested and ad-hoc reports, collect the reporting requirements from the commercial employees and translate it into visualized dashboards. Also, track the department’s overall work quality and meeting SLAs.
- Produce reports reflecting data quality standards and needs.
- Analyse information gathered from the sections reports and prepare documents summarizing the reports.
- Maintain workflow systems, keeping procedures current and effective, and maintaining accurate schedules in a manner which is aligned with the department business needs.
- Support Manager in providing administration on data systems.
- Work with staff and supervisors to ensure that data entry is accurate and complete.
- Acts as a focal point/central instrument for the collection, analysis and dissemination of information relevant to a project.
- Provides quality assurance evaluation, including data verification on all reports and information.
- Monitor the progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the department on a monthly basis.
- Timely report to the manager on bottlenecks in implementation, challenges and the need for corrective action.
- Develop and maintain documentation of policies, processes, procedures and responsibilities.
- Lead the development of KPI metrics used to manage effectiveness.
- Contribute to amp; support the Manager in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Contribute to amp; assist the manager in the development and review of operational and monitoring systems.
- Assist Supervisors with department projects and implementations.
- Develop processes based on requirements gathered from key stakeholders.
- Identify and implement solutions to drive further optimizations that can be made to improve overall metrics.
- Communicates company policy information and requirements to staff.
- recommends system modifications and enhancements.
- Create and troubleshoot employee’s performance tracking reports for Administration sections.
•Support in the coordination of work and the development and implementation of new practices.
Build understanding of business and operational strategies and identify critical metrics required to
- support those strategies
- Design New Reports, Modify Existing Reports, and Examine databases for data reporting design.
- Follow up the Administration department overall work quality.
- Track the sections tickets’ SLAs.
Staff Management/Internal Processes:
- Recommend to Manager Hiring, Firing, and Transfer of staff to department manager.
- Prepare and manage employee shifting schedules, daily activities and distribution of resources among locations and projects.
- Monitor and record daily the attendance records and ensure company policy is implemented.
- Coordinate daily schedule of employee assignments and ensure performance meets SLAs.
Resolve all employee personnel inquiries, conflicts and grievances
Requirements
- BA in Business Admin or any related field.
- Minimum 3 Year Experience in reporting position.
