Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of the region showrooms and guide team members towards maximum performance in order to increase revenues, provide a high and efficient quality customer service and ensure smooth flow of inquiries, complaints, process and procedures through effectively managing the team, and continually analyse and improve the operations by conducting a regular training and coaching to employees and keep them motivated.
Job Duties:
• Assign sales target for each showroom amp; smartly achieves the monthly target.
• Track and analyse sales achievements per showroom.
• Provides reports for the achieved sales and reflects them on the monthly target with the overall evaluation for the team performance on a weekly basis.
• Update prices amp; Offers for all showrooms staff in coordination with the Finance, Marketing, and Sales departments.
• Place product orders for the showrooms to the Supply Chain Department.
• Schedule the showrooms working hours, shifts and rotation in case of any absence and follow up with HR Department for needed action).
• Follow up showrooms stock, staff, revision, levels, and stock management.
• Daily coordination’s with the direct sales manager regarding showrooms status.
• Applies training for showrooms’ team leaders for all display units (selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service)
• Preparing the needed reports, daily, weekly, monthly.
• Follow up and assure that all showrooms are in excellent shapes and all employees are wearing their uniforms and in excellent looking.
• Responsible for (achieving targets, overall performance of the showrooms staff to all company policies procedures and regulations).
• Monitor that all cash is deposited as per the agreed schedule.
• Responsible for the showrooms’ cash deposits and matches it with the finance department.
• Manage inventories and stocks for showrooms including keeping detailed records of inventory use and safety stock and matches it with the finance department.
• Manage the product display and availability of promotional material.
• Splits the whole order per showroom, per group as per the sited target.
• Share amp; applies the monthly commission criteria amp; scheme to be applied on all showrooms.
• Advice needed stock allocation for showrooms.
• Align with procurement when it comes to showroom new requirement and periodic maintenance.
• Follow up and assure the showrooms cleanliness and health and safety rules and regulations.
• Resolve complicated complaints and handles difficult customers.
• Create better approaches of operations to make customer service easier for both showrooms’ staff and customers.
• Observe performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their loose ends.
• Generate and share comprehensive and detailed weekly / monthly reports about team performance, mission-related objectives and deadlines.
• Visit the showrooms frequently as per the agreed/shared route.
• Conduct periodic check on all showrooms to assure abides with company guideline.
• Evaluates the showroom staff and involved in hiring/ training schedule.
• Provide constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended on time and in the best way possible to give them satisfaction.
• Ensure that all decision when it comes to customer satisfaction and services, in coordination with direct manager whenever needed.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the showrooms.
• Manage inventories and stocks including keeping detailed records of inventory use and safety stock, and do the ordering where necessary according to the showroom’s consumption.
• Ensure employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.
• Handle complex and escalated customer complaints.
• Align with all Team leaders and deputy in charge in regards to daily income as it should match with systems, total cash and consumed parts.
