  • Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress
  • Design and implement new features and functionality
  • Manage front-end and back-end website development
  • Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
  • Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Conducting website performance tests and monitoring the performance of the live website
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues

Requirements

• • 3+ Years experience in WordPress
  • 4+ Years proficiency in at least one modern programming language
  • Analytical abilities and design skills
  • Basic understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, problem-solving, and object-oriented analysis and design
  • Good understanding of SDLC
  • Comfortable using version control systems (i.e. Git)
  • Practice clean code approach and Defensive coding techniques
  • Ability to take a project from scoping to requirements through actual launch of the project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
