Job Description
Noon - The Social Learning Platform is one of the fastest-growing EdTech startups in the world and the first in delivering social learning at scale. Simply put, it makes study fun by crafting a peer-to-peer learning experience that is joyful, collaborative, and informative. Students join friends in study groups, competitions, and LIVE sessions with star / celebrity teachers in which they can collaborate and problem-solve together in a breakout format. We are a distributed company with a collaborative culture. We come from a diverse set of backgrounds and countries, enabling us to work at a global scale whilst bringing local impact by being close to the communities we serve.
Today, Noon is loved by over 10+ million registered students. Students across 8 countries participate in various study groups and learn from over 25k teachers. Our students use it every day to engage with live interactive classes and gamified peer learning features, study with celebrity teachers and compete and socialise with their friends.
We have raised over $21 million and we aim to transform Noon into a global Social Learning Platform that radically transforms the lives of 50+ million learners by 2023.

Requirements
- Professionals with strong entrepreneurial mentality, ability to get stuff done.
- Strong Experience in either launching a new business in a technology space or has built new businesses within large organisations.
- Experience across Startup/Management Consulting
- Strong first principle thinking - ability to go to the core of the problem and propose innovative solutions.
- Bias for action with a strong outcome oriented approach
- Affinity towards education as well as Social Development
- Global Citizen with ability to work with a multinational team
