Applicants are expected to:

1. Submit a summary proposal on the steps of a health company registration with all details including tax.
2. Submit a financial proposal including the fees for the company registration and the fee per consultation with clear segregation.
3. Share previous experience.
4. Share CV / firm registration papers and license of practice.

1. The lawyer/law firm is:
   1. Required to provide consultation services whenever necessary and shall always be reachable by phone.
   2. Able to manage the registration of a new company with new idea.
   3. Aware of the Iraqi law in regard of registering new companies/firms.
   4. Have previous experience in registering health companies/firms.
   5. Registered in Baghdad and holds a license of practice.
   6. Aware of medico-legal matters.
   7. Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
   8. Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
   9. Hold a bachelor degree in law.

10.Minimum of three years experience.

11. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
