Job Description
This position is responsible for conducting data importing, data cleaning and manipulating, reporting information related to activities of the Administration department also preparing monthly amp; yearly reports budget. The position builds networking with all company departments to ensure the smooth running of the operation and proper renewal of agreements.
Requirements
- Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems.
- Ensure that all systems meet the business/company requirements as well as.
- Managing the tracking system (Click Up) which is responsible for daily tasks of all sections.
- Manage site data entry, database, and other details.
- Ensure that all financial records for the admin department are up to date.
- Follow, support, and enforce all internal control processes.
- Employ an array of technological languages and tools to connect systems together.
- Review and re-design site sketches and other professional drawings as needed.
-Supervising and managing quarterly projects (project management) of all sections for Admin dept.
- Establish quality transportation services as well as policies and procedures for the department.
- Ensure all business data are updated to provide when necessary
