This position is responsible for handling all administration, paperwork, Filing, technical specification documentation of the local purchase orders and conducting purchases from the local market.
Conduct market visits to identify items to be purchased from suppliers.- Identify potential suppliers in the local markets for purchases.
- Conduct purchases in the market for local items as per the request.
- Negotiate prices and ensure getting the best offers.
- Compare prices of potential local market vendors and document selection.
- Ensure that all purchasing activities are is in compliance with purchasing practices and in

- Prepare and develop purchase documents and supplier lists to obtain competitive
- Ensure supplier payments discrepancies and variances are resolved.
- Guarantee high quality of internal administration, filing and traceability of all orders under
- Update system with order status, new dates of shipping and new arrivals.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Requirements
BA in Business Admin or related field
1-2 Years’ Experience in Administrative Office Job.
