Control and Data Verification Officer

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information entered into systems and validating data in systems output nodes by performing information reviews and internal audit records.

Job Duties:

• Ensure strict adherence to processes and policies via auditing and proper reporting.
• Ensure employees' compliance with corporate mail policies and procedures.
• Maintain a full CRM database ensuring sales staff are entering the data accurately and timely and ensuring up-to-date customer information and data.
• Amend any inaccuracies data in the system.
• Conduct regular data validation, and cleaning, and monitor automated data generation from various systems to ensure consistent data quality.
• Ensure all Leads, Opportunities, and Quotations information is accurate and necessary approvals are provided.
• Validating all service agreements and ensuring all details (e.g. service types, pricing, payment terms, etc.) match between the agreement and customer profile.
• Validating that newly activated Points of Sales are according to the company’s policies.
• Audit the user’s compensation process to ensure adherence to the company’s policies.
• Ensure tickets are properly handled and actions are chosen effectively.
• Check and measure Quality control of tickets, with a sample rate of 5% of monthly replies per employee.

Requirements

Education:

BA in Business Administration or related

Years of Experience

Minimum 1-2 years experience
