Assistant Badging Officer - Internal Applicants Only

Support the Badging Officer during the day to day running of the badging Office. Applying strict control measures for access control in line with the ROO access control procedures.

Role tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting Badging
• Help to maintain the equipment for the issue of badges to personnel working on the Rumaila Oil Fields and all Bases
• Maintain electronic backups
• Operate and maintain the equipment for the issue of badges to personnel
• Implement badging procedures and protocols
• Maintain the badging office and archive all records connected with the issue of badges
• IT literate
• Must have proven IT skills in various computer programmes and software
• Must have experience of working in Iraq and or other hostile environments

Requirements

• IT literate
• Must be competent with various computer programs and software
• Electronic security systems qualification, preferable Lenel. Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and outlook
• Knowledge of Fargo Dual card printer DTC 550
• Current and valid CRB check
• Administration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
